The Levels of You Medical Board was founded by Dr Jonathan Hopkirk after his own battle with hair loss left him on the brink of surgery and searching for a better way. Together with fellow hair loss sufferers and leading subject matter experts, he helped develop an effective, uniquely adaptable, non-invasive approach to hair restoration, this became HRP™ (Hair Restoration Protocol).
